Galaxy S21 has an overall score of 91.8, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S7's 79.5 score. The Galaxy S21 body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S7, but it's somewhat heavier. Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S21, because although it has much less brightness and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better display pixels density and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy S21 has a little better processing power than Galaxy S7, because it has 4 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and they are faster).
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a 33% greater battery size. Samsung Galaxy S21 has a much better camera than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have a back facing camera with a 12 MP, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor.
Although Galaxy S21 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S21, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S7, giving up some specs and features.
