Comparison review

Galaxy S21 is much better than the Galaxy S9, with a 91.8 score against 83.3. The Galaxy S21 construction is extremely newer and just a little thinner than Galaxy S9's, but it is just a little bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy S21 features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S9, because although it has a way lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a lot lower quantity of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a little bit larger display.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S9, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S9 counts with a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 400 GB.

The Galaxy S21 has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S9, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3000mAh. Galaxy S21 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same resolution camera, the Galaxy S21 also counts with a lot bigger sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S9. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S21, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S9, giving up some features and specs.
