Samsung Galaxy S21 has a score of 91.8, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 global score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 has 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10, providing some extra features and optimized performance. The Samsung Galaxy S21 design is thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, even though both of them were only released with a couple of months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 features a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also counts with a little greater display pixel density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S21, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a better camera than Galaxy S21, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting photographs and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a much more mega-pixels camera, a bigger camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos and faster video frame rate.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S21, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy S21 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
