Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is just a bit better than the Apple iPhone 13 Pro, having a 95.4 score against 93.3. Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better phone than the Apple iPhone 13 Pro, we must highlight that it is also a heavier and thicker phone. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with Android 13 operating system, while Apple iPhone 13 Pro has iOS 15.x operating system.
The iPhone 13 Pro features a greater hardware performance than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bit processor. Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a little more vivid screen than Apple iPhone 13 Pro, because it has a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution, a little bit better pixels number in each inch in the screen, a brighter display and a bit larger screen.

If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the iPhone 13 Pro, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
