Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is better than iPhone SE (2020), with a general score of 95.4 against 81.5. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has Android 13 operating system, and iPhone SE (2020) has iOS 15.x operating system. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra's body is newer than iPhone SE (2020)'s, but it is thicker and way heavier.
The iPhone SE (2020) has a quite superior performance than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because although it has a lower number of cores and also slower and 5 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processor. Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with an incredibly better screen than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a way better 1440 x 3088 resolution, a lot larger display, a way higher display pixels density and a much brighter display.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than iPhone SE (2020), because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy S22 Ultra captures way better videos and photos than iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a much better 7680x4320 video resolution, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality and a lot higher resolution camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPhone SE (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone SE (2020). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the iPhone SE (2020), letting go a couple specifications.
