The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than the HTC U11, with a 95.4 score against 77.6. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra design is way newer than the HTC U11's, but it's notably heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy S22 Ultra features a sharper screen than HTC U11, because although it has a little bit worse number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3088px and a bigger display.
HTC U11 has a CPU that's just as good as Galaxy S22 Ultra's processing unit, and although the HTC U11 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a little bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than HTC U11, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a way better battery life than HTC U11, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity. Galaxy S22 Ultra features a way better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photos, a lot higher resolution camera and a way better video resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC U11. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC U11, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
