The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is way better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite's 76.2 score. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy S22 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though Galaxy S22 Ultra is way newer than Huawei Mate 20 lite, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy S22 Ultra features a little bit better performance than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has more RAM.
