The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is a lot better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has newer 13 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, providing the user a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra's design is newer, but heavier and just a bit thicker than the LG Q70.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a much sharper display than LG Q70, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a little bit larger display and a greater pixels density. LG Q70 features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a bit better processing unit than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a greater camera than LG Q70, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a way better resolution back camera, a lot larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a much higher video quality.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with longer battery performance than LG Q70, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Q70. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy LG Q70, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
