The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is slightly better than Motorola edge, with a global score of 95.4 against 89.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Motorola edge has Android 10. Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is somewhat heavier than Motorola edge, it's just a bit thinner and also newer.

Motorola edge features a CPU that's just as good as the Galaxy S22 Ultra one, and although the Motorola edge has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a way better looking screen than Motorola edge, because it has a higher screen pixel density, a bit larger screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px.

Motorola edge features a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra captures much clearer photos and videos than Motorola edge, and although they both have the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a much higher video quality, a way larger camera sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.

Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a little better battery life than Motorola edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola edge. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Motorola edge, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
