Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A50's global score of 83.8. Galaxy S22 Ultra's design is incredibly newer, but way heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy A50. Galaxy S22 Ultra features a little bit better performance than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a lot better screen than Galaxy A50, because it has a quite larger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a just a bit better screen pixel density. Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a much better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality, a lot better video resolution and a camera with a lot higher 108 megapixels resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A50. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy A50, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
