Galaxy S22 Ultra has an overall score of 95.4, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G's general score of 93.6. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has Android 11. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a a lot newer phone than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, although it's somewhat thicker and heavier.
Galaxy S22 Ultra features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a little inferior amount of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 3088 resolution and a little bigger display. The Galaxy S10 5G features a very superior memory for games and applications than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy S10 5G counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor which provides a much higher photo and video quality, a much better 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a lot higher video definition.
Galaxy S22 Ultra features a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S10 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S10 5G. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S10 5G, giving up a couple specifications.
