The Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a sharper display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a just a little worse count of pixels per screen inch and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 3088, it also counts with a quite larger display. Samsung Galaxy S20 has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has 4 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video definition, the same 24 frames per second video frame rates and a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a way larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a camera with a much higher 108 mega pixels resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has a 25 percent larger battery size.

Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S20.
