Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is just a bit better than Galaxy S22 Ultra, having a global score of 98 against 95.4. These phones work with the same Android 13 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a just a little bit lighter phone than Galaxy S22 Ultra, but both are equally thin.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory.
