Galaxy S22 Ultra is a little bit better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra, getting a general score of 95.4 against 90.7. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a much faster CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have a higher pixels quantity per inch of screen, an equal resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a same size screen, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a brighter display. Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos, faster video frame rates, a bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more MP back camera.
