Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than Galaxy S7, having a 95.4 score against 79.5. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra's construction is much newer, but a lot heavier and thicker than Galaxy S7. Galaxy S22 Ultra has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 4 more cores and a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a lot brighter display, a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px and a really larger display. The Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs in low light situations, it also counts with a way better video definition, a much bigger sensor providing a lot better image quality and a much better resolution back facing camera.
Galaxy S22 Ultra has more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a 67% larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S22 Ultra, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7, giving up a couple features and specifications.
