The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than the Xperia 1 V, with a overall score of 95.4 against 82.7. Both phones in this review use the same Android 13 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better cellphone than Xperia 1 V, we must note that it's also an older, just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a lot better processing power than Xperia 1 V, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a sharper screen than Sony Xperia 1 V, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a little worse pixel number in each display inch, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
Galaxy S22 Ultra shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Sony Xperia 1 V, because it has a bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and videos in poorly lited environments, a way better resolution camera and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Xperia 1 V features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, because it has more internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia 1 V's battery performance is very similar to the battery duration in Galaxy S22 Ultra.
