Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is a lot better than the Xperia Z5's global score of 77.6. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy S22 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version, counting with some extra features. Galaxy S22 Ultra's design is way newer than the Xperia Z5's, although it's notably heavier and thicker.
The Xperia Z5 and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra feature really similar CPUs, because although the Xperia Z5 has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
