Galaxy S22 is better than Google Pixel 3a, having a score of 93.4 against 78.8. Although Galaxy S22 is heavier than Google Pixel 3a, it's just a bit thinner and extremely newer. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S22 has newer 13 version while Google Pixel 3a has Android 11.
The Galaxy S22 counts with a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a just a little lower count of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bigger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. Galaxy S22 features a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S22 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S22 shoots greater pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy S22 also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a much larger sensor providing a way better image quality. The Samsung Galaxy S22 features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 has improved battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy S22 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S22, else you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3a, giving up some features and specifications.
