Samsung Galaxy S22's construction is a lot newer, just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Google Pixel 4 XL. Galaxy S22 features a better looking display than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a little smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen.
The Galaxy S22 features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Google Pixel 4 XL features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S22, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S22 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, it also counts with a much bigger sensor providing a much better image quality, a much better video resolution and a much more megapixels back camera.
Google Pixel 4 XL's battery duration is just as good as the battery performance in Samsung Galaxy S22.
The Galaxy S22 is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 4 XL, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
