Comparison review
Galaxy S22 has a general score of 93.4, which is much better than Google Pixel 4a's 82.9 score. Galaxy S22's design is newer and just a bit thinner than the Google Pixel 4a's, but it's also somewhat heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S22 has newer 13 version and Google Pixel 4a has Android 11, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
Galaxy S22 counts with a brighter screen than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels quantity per inch in the screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Galaxy S22 also counts with a quite bigger display. Galaxy S22 features a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S22 also has more RAM memory.
Google Pixel 4a's memory capacity for applications and games is very similar to the Galaxy S22 one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S22 has greater battery performance than Google Pixel 4a, because it has an 18% bigger battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S22 captures a lot better videos and photos than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and video, it also counts with a much higher video definition, a lot larger camera sensor which gives a way better photo and video quality and a way more megapixels back facing camera.
Although Galaxy S22 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 4a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 4a. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S22, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 4a, letting go some features and specifications.
