Samsung Galaxy S22 has a global score of 93.4, which is much better than the HTC U Ultra's general score of 77. Samsung Galaxy S22's design is much newer, a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the HTC U Ultra. The Galaxy S22 counts with a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has 4 more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S22 features a more vivid screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2340px resolution and a quite worse display density, it also counts with a little larger screen. The Samsung Galaxy S22 shoots way better pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a back-facing camera with a much better 50 mega pixels resolution, a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.
HTC U Ultra features a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S22, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy S22 features longer battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Galaxy S22 costs a bit more money than HTC U Ultra, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
