Galaxy S22 is much better than the LG Q70, with a score of 93.4 against 77.9. These devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy S22 has a more recent 13 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it gives you some additional features and better performance. The Galaxy S22 is a newer device, and it is also a little thinner and lighter than LG Q70.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 has a bit superior CPU than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S22 has a much sharper display than LG Q70, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little better display density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340.
