Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S22 is a bit better than Motorola edge, having a 93.4 score against 89.6. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S22 has 13 version and Motorola edge has Android 10 version, giving a couple additional features and performance tweaks. The Samsung Galaxy S22 is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat thinner and lighter than Motorola edge.

Galaxy S22 features a little faster processing unit than Motorola edge, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S22 also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S22 counts with an incredibly better screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also counts with a quite better pixel count per screen inch.

The Galaxy S22 features just a bit better camera than Motorola edge, because although it has a much worse 50 megapixels resolution camera, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S22 also counts with a bigger back camera sensor and a lot better 7680x4320 video quality. Motorola edge has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1000 GB and 128 GB more internal storage.

The Motorola edge features greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3700mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S22 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola edge. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Motorola edge, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
