Comparison review
The Galaxy S22 is a little bit better than Galaxy A42, having a 93.4 score against 87. Galaxy S22 is a newer device, and it is also somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy A42. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S22 has newer 13 version and Galaxy A42 has Android 11, providing a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.
The Galaxy S22 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S22 also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S22 features a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340px and much more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S22, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S22 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a camera in the back with a higher 50 MP resolution and a lot better video definition.
Galaxy A42 has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has a 35% bigger battery capacity.
