Comparison review

Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S22's 93.4 overall score. The Galaxy S20 is an older and a little bit thicker device than the Galaxy S22, but Samsung could make it just a bit lighter anyway. Both devices in this comparison review have the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.

Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S22, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has 4 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy S22 has a much better screen than Galaxy S20, although it has a way worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, a little bit smaller screen and a much worse pixels amount per inch in the screen.

Samsung Galaxy S22 has a superior camera than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same video resolution, a same size diafragm aperture and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels.

Samsung Galaxy S20 features a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S22, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs more money than Samsung Galaxy S22, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S22. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S22, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
