The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S22, getting a 98 score against 93.4. These phones use the same Android 13 OS (operating system). Despite being the best in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is older, somewhat thicker and way heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S22.

Galaxy S22 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a little bit worse pixels density and a bit smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S22, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S22, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S22, because although it has a much tinier camera sensor, and they both have the same video quality, a same size aperture and the same 24 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a much more MP camera in the back.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features greater battery life than Galaxy S22, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3700mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S22, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S22. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S22, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
