Galaxy S22 Ultra is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S22, getting a score of 95.4 against 93.4. Galaxy S22 Ultra's construction is extremely heavier and thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S22. Both of these phones have the same Android 13 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
