The Huawei nova 3 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, with a score of 76.3 against 73.7. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Huawei nova 3 has 8.1 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has Android 13 version, so it provides a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
