Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S23 FE's score of 73.7. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy S25 has a newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has Android 13 version, so it provides you some nice extra features. Galaxy S25 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy S23 FE, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
