Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, with a general score of 81.4 against 73.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has Android 13 version, so it gives a couple additional features and performance tweaks.
