The Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S23's 77.9 overall score. These phones have Android OS, but Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S23 has Android 13 version, giving some extra features.
