Galaxy S20 FE has a score of 90.8, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S23's general score of 77.9. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 FE has an older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S23 has Android 13. The Galaxy S20 FE features a very superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S23, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Galaxy S20 FE features a slightly better display than Galaxy S23, because although it has a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a little larger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
