The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy S23, with a 98.1 score against 77.9. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S23 has Android 13. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a lot better hardware performance than Galaxy S23, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a lot better looking screen than Galaxy S23, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a little greater display pixel density and a little bit bigger screen. Galaxy S21 Ultra's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Galaxy S23 one, both have the same internal storage.
