The Sony Xperia 1 III is better than the Samsung Galaxy S23, with a 93.3 score against 77.9. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S23 has Android 13 version. The Xperia 1 III counts with a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy S23, because it has a little bit larger display, a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot better pixels count per inch in the screen.
The Xperia 1 III has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S23, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1 TB. Xperia 1 III has a much more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S23, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
