The Xiaomi 14 has a score of 79.4, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S23's overall score of 77.9. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 has a newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy S23 has Android 13, providing you lots of additional features.
