The Huawei Mate X2 has a global score of 89.1, which is much better than the Galaxy S24 FE's overall score of 76. Despite being the best we are comparing, Huawei Mate X2's construction is just a little thicker and much heavier than the Galaxy S24 FE.

Huawei Mate X2 has a much greater processing power than Galaxy S24 FE, and although they both have a 8 GB RAM, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a larger number of cores (and faster).
The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a much better memory for applications and games than Galaxy S24 FE, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate X2 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, although it has a smaller aperture, they both have a 50 MP resolution back camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has a bit superior battery life than Huawei Mate X2, because it has a 4700mAh battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S24 FE, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S24 FE. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S24 FE, resigning a couple features and specifications.
