The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is a little bit better than Asus ZenFone 7's 83.9 score. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version while Asus ZenFone 7 has Android 11, giving a couple additional features. The Galaxy S25 Ultra body is notably thinner and way lighter than Asus ZenFone 7.
Asus ZenFone 7 has a much faster CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a better looking display than Asus ZenFone 7, because it has a bit larger display, a higher pixel density, a lot brighter screen and a better 1440 x 3088px resolution.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra shoots much clearer videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 7, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a way bigger sensor providing a much better image quality, a larger aperture and a way more mega-pixels back camera.
The Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 7's battery life is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra one.
