Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is much better than the HTC One M9's score of 77.7. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, so it gives you some nice extra features. Galaxy S25 Ultra's design is way thinner and incredibly lighter than the HTC One M9.
HTC One M9 has a very superior performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU. Galaxy S25 Ultra features a bit more vivid screen than HTC One M9, because it has a lot better 1440 x 3088 resolution, a just a bit higher number of pixels in each display inch and a lot larger display.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Galaxy S25 Ultra features a very superior camera than HTC One M9, because it has a much larger aperture, a much higher resolution camera in the back, a way larger camera sensor shooting lot better quality photographs and a way better video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.
