The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than the HTC U23 Pro, with a general score of 90.7 against 77.8. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra construction is notably thinner and much lighter than the HTC U23 Pro. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version, so it gives you some extra features.
