The Galaxy S25 Ultra is better than Galaxy M30, getting a 90.7 score against 82.4. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has the previous 14 version while Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S25 Ultra design is way lighter and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy M30.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way better display than Galaxy M30, because it has a greater pixel amount in each inch of screen, a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a quite larger screen. Galaxy M30 features a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
