The Galaxy M51 has a much faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy M51, because it has a back facing camera with much more MP, a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light captures, a much higher video quality and a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors. Samsung Galaxy M51 features a little bit better storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
