Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an overall score of 90.8, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's 90.7 global score. These phones include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has the older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14. Galaxy S20 FE has a lot better performance than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution, a just a little higher display pixel density and a little larger screen.
