Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is slightly better than the Galaxy S6, having a score of 90.7 against 87.4. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's construction is much lighter and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy S6. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version while Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, so it gives a couple additional features.
The Galaxy S6 counts with a very superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a bit better display than Galaxy S6, because although it has a little bit worse pixels number per inch of screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a much larger display.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a superior memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 256 GB internal storage. Galaxy S25 Ultra takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a much higher 200 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a larger aperture for better low light captures and video and a way better video definition.
