The Xperia 1 II has an overall score of 91, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's 90.7 general score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 1 II has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version.
