Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has an overall score of 90.7, which is better than the Xperia Z5's 77.6 score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has the newer 14 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, giving some extra features and performance improvements. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's body is much lighter and a lot thinner than Xperia Z5.
The Xperia Z5 has a very superior processing power than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more vivid screen than Xperia Z5, because it has a really larger display, a just a bit higher pixels number per inch of display and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a lot better camera than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality, a lot higher video quality, a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light photography and video and a way more MP back camera.
