Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is better than Xiaomi 12T Pro's 76.9 global score. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12 version. The Galaxy S25 Ultra design is noticeably thinner and way lighter than the Xiaomi 12T Pro.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro's CPU is very similar to the processor in Galaxy S25 Ultra, and although the Xiaomi 12T Pro has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Xiaomi 12T Pro, because it has a bit higher 1440 x 3088 resolution, a quite bigger display and a little bit better pixels number per inch of screen.
