Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, because it has a higher display density, a little larger display, a better 1440 x 3088 resolution and much more brightness. The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G counts with a better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a little bit better performance than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
