Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 3a's general score of 78.8. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version and Google Pixel 3a has Android 11 version, so it offers a couple additional features. The Samsung Galaxy S25 is a a lot lighter and noticeably thinner phone than the Google Pixel 3a.
The Google Pixel 3a counts with a very superior performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Galaxy S25 features a more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has much more memory capacity to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy S25 has a way better camera than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Galaxy S25 also has a way better 7680x4320 video resolution, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
Galaxy S25 counts with superior battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Google Pixel 3a, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
