Samsung Galaxy S25 has a global score of 82.6, which is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 score. These devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy S25's body is a lot thinner and way lighter than Huawei Mate 10.
The Galaxy S25 has a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little bigger display and a much brighter display. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little bit better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S25, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
Huawei Mate 10 features a very superior processing unit than Galaxy S25, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light photography, it also counts with a lot higher resolution back camera, a way larger back camera sensor taking way better quality pictures and videos and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
The Huawei Mate 10 features a battery lifetime that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S25 one.
Although Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei Mate 10, giving up some specifications.
