The Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is just a bit better than Moto G 5G's 81.5 global score. Galaxy S25 is a noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter phone than Moto G 5G. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS, but Galaxy S25 has the newer 14 version while Moto G 5G has Android 10 version.

Moto G 5G has a much better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy S25 features a much sharper screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel count per inch in the display.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a superior camera than Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a higher resolution back-facing camera and a much higher video resolution. Moto G 5G has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

Moto G 5G counts with superior battery duration than Galaxy S25, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
